What to expect in a session
Sessions are calm, supportive, and guided at your pace.
We begin with an intention for what you’d like support with. From there, I use muscle testing (done remotely) to communicate with your body and identify what’s ready to be released.
You don’t need to relive past experiences or have everything figured out—your body leads the process.
After a session, many people feel more relaxed, lighter, or more grounded. Shifts can continue to unfold in the days and weeks that follow.
My Healing Journey
For years, I struggled with chronic pain, anxiety, and a growing list of unexplained symptoms. I tried everything I could find, but nothing brought lasting relief.
It wasn’t until I began exploring the emotional and energetic root of what I was experiencing that things started to shift.
As I released long-held patterns and reconnected with myself, my symptoms began to improve—and my life began to open up in ways I hadn’t thought possible.
What started as a path toward my own healing became a calling to support others on theirs.
